The 30-minute weekly exception review.

A meeting format that ends with decisions and owners, not status updates.

By Roufaida Bouchamha, founder10 September 20265 min

Before the meeting

  • Exceptions ranked by $ exposure, top 10 only.
  • Each with a proposed action and a proposed owner.

The 30 minutes

  • 5 min: what changed since last week: new exposure, resolved exposure.
  • 20 min: top exceptions, one decision each: approve, adjust or escalate.
  • 5 min: confirm owners and dates.

After

  • Decisions logged with rationale.
  • Outcome measured next week against the estimate.
If an exception is discussed two weeks running without a decision, the problem is the process, not the supplier.
Run the Risk, every week.

Supply chain audit

See where your supply chain is exposed.

A 20-minute call and two file exports: stock by item and open orders. You see the inventory and order value exposed. No integration, no savings estimate, and an NDA if you need one.
