Integrations
Works with the systems you already run.
WERISCO reads your ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS and files. It never replaces them, and never writes back. WERISCO connectors cover SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion and Odoo; other systems connect through a structured export.
A WERISCO connector for this system exists in the product. Configuration and credentials are set up with your team.
Data is read through the system's documented API. Scope and objects are defined during onboarding.
Data arrives as a scheduled structured export (file, database view or warehouse table) mapped to the WERISCO model.

Questions
Next to your ERP, not instead of it.
- Do we have to enter data twice to use WERISCO?
- No. WERISCO reads your ERP through its connector, or the exports you already run. Nobody re-keys orders, stock or suppliers, and nothing is written back to your ERP.
- What data do we need to start?
- Two file exports you already run: stock by item, with usage over the last 4 to 12 weeks, and open purchase orders, with promised dates. CSV or Excel is enough.
- Does WERISCO connect to our ERP?
- Yes, for SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion and Odoo: the WERISCO connector reads stock, purchase orders and stock movements, configured for your environment. Other ERPs connect through a structured export. To start without an IT project, the first audit can run on two exports you already have.
- Does WERISCO change anything in our ERP?
- No. Every recommendation waits for a person to approve or reject it, and nothing is written back to your ERP.
- What if our ERP data is messy?
- Before we analyze anything, WERISCO shows which fields are missing or inconsistent, and what that blocks. It does not change the data in your ERP.

Supply chain audit
Not sure how your system connects?
The supply chain audit starts from two file exports you already run: stock by item and open orders. No integration is needed.
