About WERISCO

The supply chain is recorded in one place, and decided in another.

Why WERISCO exists

Mid-market manufacturers and distributors run on an ERP, a few specialized systems and a layer of spreadsheets where the real decisions get made. The ERP records what happened. The spreadsheet decides what happens next. The cost of supply-chain problems accumulates in the gap between them.

The supply-chain problem

Disruption is no longer occasional. Lead times drift, demand breaks trend, suppliers slip, freight costs swing. Each event is visible somewhere (in a receipt, a confirmation email, an export) but rarely all at once, and almost never with its financial consequence attached.

Why current systems leave gaps

ERPs are built to record transactions accurately, not to connect a supplier's changing behavior to next week's production plan and a key account's delivery date. Enterprise planning suites can, but they are priced and staffed for companies ten times larger. So mid-market teams bridge the gap by hand.

The WERISCO approach

WERISCO reads the data you already have, checks it, joins it across systems and checks it again with every new export. When something changes, it follows the consequence through the chain, shows the value exposed and recommends a response your team can approve. It sits alongside the ERP. It doesn't replace it.

Who builds it

WERISCO was founded by Roufaida Bouchamha, an AI engineer, and is published by Werisco, a company registered in France. Questions about the product or the supply chain audit go to contact@werisco.com.

Product philosophy

Five principles.

  1. 01Work with what exists

Mid-market companies don't need another system of record. They need the one they have to be read properly.

  2. 02Money is the unit

An exception without a euro value is a notification. With one, it's a priority.

  3. 03Show the reasoning

Every recommendation shows its data, its options and its trade-offs. If we can't explain it, we don't recommend it.

  4. 04People decide

WERISCO recommends. Your team approves, adjusts or rejects. Nothing is written back without a human.

  5. 05Honest numbers

Simulations are labeled. Assumptions are editable. Results are measured against estimates.

Supply chain audit

See where your supply chain is exposed.

A 20-minute call and two file exports: stock by item and open orders. You see the inventory and order value exposed. No integration, no savings estimate, and an NDA if you need one.
