Preparing an ERP extract for a supply chain audit.

The two exports the audit needs, and the extra tables worth pulling later, for SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Odoo or a plain spreadsheet.

For the supply chain audit: two exports

  • Stock by item: part number, location, usable quantity on hand, unit cost and, if you have it, usage over the last 4 to 12 weeks.
  • Open orders: PO number and line, part number, supplier, open quantity, promised date (blank if unconfirmed) and status.

Later, for deeper analysis

  • Goods receipts for the last 12 months.
  • Sales / shipments for the last 24 months.
  • Item master: unit, lead time, safety stock, supplier.
  • Open production orders and BOMs.
  • Freight invoices with shipment references.

Format

CSV or Excel, one file per object. Before analyzing anything, WERISCO shows which fields are missing or inconsistent, and what that blocks.

Supply chain audit

See where your supply chain is exposed.

A 20-minute call and two file exports: stock by item and open orders. You see the inventory and order value exposed. No integration, no savings estimate, and an NDA if you need one.
