Supply chain audit · sample result
What the audit shows.
On demo data.
Before you send anything, see the four lists you get back, on the demo dataset of the real product: parts that will run short, the late orders behind them, stock above target and the data gaps.
Parts that will run short
Of 36 parts on the demo network, 2 are critical: stock on hand is below what the lead time needs.
- Fuel Injector C108: 104 units on hand, 3.6 days of cover, 114 units needed over the lead time. Recommendation: reorder.
- Turbo Charger A124: 83 units on hand, 4 days of cover, 105 units needed over the lead time. Recommendation: reorder.
- The other parts are healthy, sorted by cover: the next one, Gearbox E116, has 8.6 days.
Two lines to act on today, out of 36. Each one shows the numbers your buyer can check in the ERP before calling the supplier.

The late supplier orders behind them
Supplier orders are grouped into exceptions, with severity, the records concerned, the value exposed and the time horizon.
- Purchase orders at risk: 7 orders, $1.1M exposed, horizon immediate, severity critical.
- Overdue purchase orders: 12 orders, $2.2M exposed, horizon immediate, severity high.
- Lead-time deterioration: 5 suppliers, $4.0M exposed, severity high.
The past-due list becomes a short list by severity. Each exception opens on the orders, parts and evidence behind it.

Stock above target
17 parts are above their optimal stock level, for $1.8M, out of $14.4M of inventory on the demo network.
- Largest contributor: Brake Assembly E104, $300K (16 percent), 844 units over the optimal level at the Dubai hub.
- Next: Drive Axle D115, $221K (12 percent), and Clutch Kit F129, $182K (10 percent).
- Concentration: $653K of the excess sits at one site, the Dubai hub.
Item by item and site by site, so the team can decide what to stop reordering. Contributions are ranked, not presented as proven causes.

The data gaps, stated as such
When data is missing, the product says so instead of filling the gap with an assumption.
- Safety stock computed for 0 of 36 parts: no target service level has been set, and the product never assumes one.
- High forecast error on 28 parts: the value exposed is shown as insufficient data rather than estimated (Risk & Exceptions).
On your own exports, this is usually where the audit starts: missing lead times, parts without usage, orders without a promised date, and what each one prevents us from calculating.

On your data.
The same four lists, from two exports you already run, shown in a 20-minute call.
- Is this a customer result?
- No. Every figure on this page comes from the demo network dataset of the WERISCO product, shown in demo mode. It shows the type of result, not a result obtained by a customer.
- What do I need to send for the audit?
- Two exports you already run: stock by item with usage over the last 4 to 12 weeks, and open purchase orders with their promised dates. CSV or Excel. An NDA first if you need one.
- Will I get a savings estimate?
- No. The audit shows the inventory and order value exposed in your own data. It does not project savings or losses.
- Is anything written back to my ERP?
- No. The audit runs on files, needs no connection to your systems, and nothing is written back. Your team decides what to do with each line.

A 20-minute call and two file exports: stock by item and open orders. You see the inventory and order value exposed. No integration, no savings estimate, and an NDA if you need one.
