For manufacturers

Which late orderstops your line this week?

WERISCO connects to your ERP and shows where your supply chain is exposed: parts that will run short, the late supplier orders that matter, stock held above target, and the data gaps that block the analysis. Your team decides; nothing is written back to your ERP.

What you see on Monday morning.

Your ERP already holds the stock, the usage and the open orders. Nobody has time to read them together for every part. WERISCO does, and gives you four lists.

  1. 01

    Parts that will run short

Every part with less stock than it needs to reach its next delivery, shortest cover first.

  2. 02

    The late orders that matter

From your past-due report, the few supplier orders that leave a part short before they arrive. The rest can wait.

  3. 03

    Stock above target

Value held above your own target levels, item by item, and the parts that have not moved in months.

  4. 04

    Data gaps

Missing lead times, parts without usage, orders without a promised date, and what each one stops us from calculating.

One late delivery, in the product.

Three screens from the real product, on our demo network.

Demo dataset, not a customer result
  1. 01 · Something changes

A supplier date moves. It is at the top of the list.

Turbo Charger A124 will now run out before its next delivery. Of thirty open events on the demo network, it comes first, ranked by the value it puts at risk.

Control Tower with the Turbo Charger A124 stockout event opened: $613,866 at risk and its recommendation

  2. 02 · The numbers behind it

4 days of stock. 5 days to the next delivery.

83 units on hand, 105 needed to cover the lead time. The figures are on the screen, so your buyer can check them against the ERP before calling anyone.

Inventory Planning: Turbo Charger A124 critical with 4 days of cover, reorder recommended

  3. 03 · Who decides

    A recommendation. Your team decides.

Order about 786 units from the supplier. Someone on your team approves it, changes it or rejects it. Nothing is sent to the supplier and nothing is written back to the ERP.

How to start.

No integration, no IT project, no savings estimate. An NDA if you need one.

  1. Step 1

    You send two exports

Stock by item with recent usage, and open purchase orders with promised dates. CSV or Excel, from the reports you already run.

  2. Step 2

    We run them through WERISCO

Data gaps first, then the parts at risk and the late orders behind them.

  3. Step 3

    A 20-minute call

We show you the result on your own data: what is exposed, ranked, with the evidence for each line.

How the supply chain audit works

Questions.

What is WERISCO?
WERISCO is an AI supply chain control tower for mid-market manufacturers. It connects to your ERP and shows where your supply chain is exposed: parts that will run short, the late supplier orders that matter, stock held above target, and the data gaps that block the analysis. Your team decides; nothing is written back to your ERP.
How does it rank what matters?
Late supplier orders are ranked by severity: how late they are and whether the part is at or below its reorder point. Parts that will run short are ranked by days of cover, shortest first. Risks are ranked by the value they expose. Each line shows the evidence behind it: stock, usage, cover and dates.
Which ERPs does it work with?
The first audit runs on CSV or Excel exports from any ERP. The Odoo connector is validated in our lab; the SAP S/4HANA connector is validated against SAP's sandbox; connectors for Oracle Fusion and Microsoft Dynamics 365 are built but not yet validated on a customer environment. Other ERPs connect through a structured export.
Does it act on its own?
No. Every recommendation waits for a person to approve or reject it. WERISCO does not send anything to suppliers and does not write back to your ERP.
